Internal rules and regulations

Access to Rooms, Check-in and Check-out

The hotelier reserves the right to refuse clients whose attire is indecent or neglected and whose behavior is noisy, improper, intoxicated, contrary to good morals, and public order.

Anyone wishing to stay at the Hotel must disclose their identity and age as well as those accompanying them. The client may not bring into the room third parties not known to the hotelier (Ordinance of the Prefect of Police of October 28, 1936, amended by Ordinance Art. 9 of February 1, 1940), unless authorized by the latter. Similarly, the client may not occupy a room for more than 2 persons as regulated.

In case of non-compliance with this regulation, the hotel reserves the right to refuse the client and charge the client’s credit card.

Upon arrival, unless agreed by the hotelier, the client cannot demand to occupy the room before 3 PM. The nightly rental ends at 11 AM regardless of the client’s arrival time. Exceeding this time will be charged as an additional night without access to the room after 2 PM.

A luggage service allows clients to entrust their luggage to the hotel’s reception. The hotel assumes no responsibility in case of theft or damage to belongings.

A bank card imprint will be requested by the establishment upon your arrival for a minimum of one night.

Upon departure, the client must return the RFID card of their room to the reception. It is forbidden to take any object belonging to the hotel: the client must inform the hotelier if a mistake is made and return it, otherwise, it will be charged. The RFID room card is a key that the client can keep on them. However, it must not be given to a third party and must be returned on the day of departure.

In case of non-return, the hotel will charge €10 and withdraw the amount from the client’s credit card.

Children and Extra Beds

No extra beds will be provided.

Children are under the full responsibility of the client. It is forbidden to leave them unsupervised in the room.

At the client’s request, the hotel can provide a baby bed, subject to availability and can only be installed in privilege rooms.

If you wish to come with your children, ask if there is availability in connecting rooms.

Extras are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the website and must be paid separately directly to the establishment.

Pets are not allowed.

Guide dogs for the blind and assistance dogs are admitted free of charge with prior agreement from the hotelier.

A reservation is considered a group from 5 rooms booked. A deposit of 50% of the total reservation amount will be requested at the time of booking to confirm the group. In case of cancellation or modification up to 15 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded, excluding a fixed cancellation fee of €100.

The deposit will no longer be recoverable for any cancellation or modification less than 15 days before the arrival date.

The Pool

Hotel towels are forbidden at the pool; towels are available at the reception for €2 per pool towel.

The pool is open from 2 PM to 9 PM. For safety, the pool is fenced. The hotel assumes no responsibility for accidents occurring in or around the pool. It goes without saying that children must be under the supervision of their parents. (Regulation posted at the pool entrance)

Medical Restrictions

Before any service, make sure your health allows it.

Access is prohibited to people with skin lesions; bandages are forbidden.

Non-compliance with the regulations, safety, hygiene rules, and any damage or negligence that could cause direct or indirect damage to equipment, people, or future services, engages your responsibility and will be charged. You are responsible for your physical conditions of access and we decline all responsibility, in the case of effects following the services.

If you suffer from health problems (circulatory, cardiac, respiratory disorders, allergies, asthma…) or if you are pregnant, do not fail to inform us.

We decline all responsibility in case of physical damages (falls – burns related to wearing jewelry) or material damages, loss, or alteration of jewelry, cameras, phones…

Respect for the Premises: Hygiene and Safety Rules

A decent attitude, marked by restraint and discretion, is required to respect the serenity of the premises.

Sexual relations are strictly prohibited in communal spaces (pool, lawn, etc.).

It is forbidden to introduce glass objects, consume alcoholic beverages, illicit substances, and smoke.

Any failure to comply with hygiene and safety instructions will result in eviction without notice of anyone whose behavior is contrary to these rules.

Damage and Disturbances

The client must use the rented property as a good father.

The rooms made available to our clients are checked, functional, and in good condition. Our clients are invited to immediately report any failure to the hotel reception.

In case of a problem, the client will engage their civil liability. In case of damage, the hotel reserves the right to charge the client the cost of repair or replacement. The same applies to any infraction noted after the client’s departure; the amount of compensation will be charged to the client’s card.

The hotel may require, in case of voluntary or involuntary damage to materials, objects, furniture belonging to the hotel, full reimbursement with a penalty and damages of €1000 to €2000.

The hotel may require, in case of flooding or water damage, voluntary or involuntary, full reimbursement of the damages caused. In case of damage in other rooms, reimbursement of the other clients’ nights will be required.

The hotel may require a cleaning fee if the room is left in a state deemed not suitable. In case of damage to carpets, bedding, box springs, the hotel will require reimbursement of the damages with a minimum fee of €1000 for restoration and for the inability to re-rent the rooms.

In general, the client must pay for the damages directly to the hotel. They can appeal to their insurance (if they wish to be reimbursed) for all voluntary or involuntary damages caused during their stay.

All our rooms are non-smoking. The hotel reserves the right to claim the amount of one night’s stay for additional cleaning fees from the client who smokes in their room. If the client wishes to continue smoking inside or outside the designated areas, they will be invited to leave the hotel.

In case of non-compliance with the hotel’s internal regulations, the client will be invited to leave the hotel without being able to demand any refund. The hotel reserves the right to charge the amount of undeclared consumptions at departure as well as damages in the room. This amount will be charged to the bank card imprint provided at booking. The hotel has no obligation to notify the client but can provide an invoice upon request.

Clients must not nail anything to the walls or move any furniture.

Noise, even during the day, is prohibited. The client causing disorder or scandal in any form will be invited to leave the hotel immediately and without refund. In the interest of the establishment’s tranquility, all noise must cease between 10 PM and 8 AM. Out of respect for and the rest of other clients, please do not slam doors or make too much noise, especially between 10 PM and 8 AM. Any neighborhood noise related to the behavior of a person or an animal under the client’s responsibility may lead the hotelier to invite the latter to leave the establishment without the need for acoustic measures, as long as the noise generated is likely to affect the tranquility of the clientele (art. R.1334-30 and R. 1334-31 of the Public Health Code). Any inappropriate disturbances will be reported to the police if necessary.

A hotel room is a place of rest. Any trade is strictly prohibited.

For safety reasons and out of respect for everyone, it is strictly forbidden to smoke throughout the hotel. According to decree no. 2006-1386 of November 15, 2006, setting the conditions for the application of the smoking ban in places for collective use, smoking in the hotel exposes you to additional billing of €90 or legal proceedings. It is also strictly forbidden to dismantle fire detection devices, for the same reasons mentioned above.

Any inadvertent triggering of the fire alarm for non-compliance with this provision will be charged €150 for the costs of reactivating the fire safety system.

Similarly, it is forbidden to cook in the rooms, to take meals there or to bring drinks not provided by the hotel, as well as to do laundry.
