Check-in and check-out
The hotelier reserves the right to refuse admission to guests whose attire is indecent or unkempt, or whose behaviour is noisy, improper, under the influence of alcohol, or contrary to public decency and public order.
Any person wishing to stay at the Hotel is required to provide their identity and age, as well as those of any accompanying persons. Guests may not admit to their room any third parties unknown to the hotelier (Ordinance of the Prefect of Police of 28 October 1936, amended by Ordinance Art. 9 of 1 February 1940), unless authorised by the hotelier. Similarly, guests may not occupy a room with more than the two people permitted under the regulations in force.
In the event of a breach of these regulations, the hotel reserves the right to refuse the guest and to charge the offending guest’s credit card.
Upon arrival, unless otherwise agreed with the hotelier, the guest may not demand to occupy the room before 3.00 pm. The room is to be vacated by 11.00 am, regardless of the guest’s arrival time. Staying beyond the agreed time will be charged as an additional night, although the room will no longer be available after 2.00 pm.
A luggage storage service is available, allowing guests to leave their luggage at the hotel reception. The hotel accepts no liability for theft or damage to guests’ belongings.
The hotel will request a credit card pre-authorisation on arrival for a minimum of one night’s stay.
On departure, guests must return their room’s RFID card to reception. Guests are not permitted to take any items belonging to the hotel with them: they must notify the hotel manager if they realise they have taken something by mistake and return it; otherwise, they will be charged for it. The room’s RFID card acts as a key which guests may keep on their person. However, they must not give it to a third party and must return it on the day of departure.
If the card is not returned, the hotel will charge €10 and deduct the amount from the guest’s credit card.
Children and extra beds
No extra beds can be provided.
Children are the guest’s sole responsibility. They must not be left unattended in the room.
At the guest’s request, the hotel may provide a cot, subject to availability, which can only be installed in ‘Privilege’ rooms.
If you wish to bring your children, please enquire about the availability of connecting rooms.
Surcharges are not automatically included in the total booking amount shown on the website and must be paid separately directly to the hotel.
Pets
Pets are not permitted
Guide dogs and assistance dogs are permitted free of charge, subject to prior approval from the hotel manager.
Groups
A booking is considered a group booking if 5 or more rooms are reserved. A deposit of 50% of the total booking amount will be required at the time of booking to confirm the group. In the event of cancellation or amendment up to 15 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded, minus a fixed cancellation fee of €100.
The deposit will not be refundable for any cancellation or change made less than 15 days before the arrival date.
The swimming pool
Hotel towels are not permitted at the swimming pool; towels are available from reception for €2 per pool towel.
The swimming pool is open from 2.00 pm to 9.00 pm. For safety reasons, the swimming pool is fenced off. The hotel accepts no liability for accidents occurring in or around the swimming pool. It goes without saying that children must be supervised by their parents. (Rules displayed at the entrance to the swimming pool)
Medical restrictions
Before taking part in any activity, please ensure that your state of health permits it.
Access is prohibited to anyone with skin lesions; dressings are not permitted.
Liability
Failure to comply with the regulations, safety rules and hygiene standards, as well as any damage or negligence that may result in direct or indirect damage to equipment, people or future services, will render you liable and will be charged to you. You are responsible for ensuring you are physically fit to take part, and we accept no liability for any consequences arising from the activities.
If you have any health conditions (circulatory, cardiac or respiratory problems, allergies, asthma, etc.) or if you are pregnant, please do inform us.
We accept no liability for physical injury (falls, burns – particularly those caused by wearing jewellery) or damage to property, loss or damage to jewellery, cameras, mobile phones, etc.
Respect for the premises: health and safety rules
A respectful attitude, characterised by restraint and discretion, is essential in order to preserve the tranquillity of the premises.
Sexual activity is strictly prohibited in communal areas (swimming pool, lawn, etc.).
It is forbidden to bring in glassware, consume alcoholic drinks or illicit substances, or to smoke.
Any breach of health and safety regulations will result in the immediate removal, without notice, of any person whose behaviour contravenes these rules.
Damage and Disturbances
Guests must use the rented accommodation with due care and attention.
The rooms made available to our guests are checked, fully functional and in good condition. Our guests are asked to report any faults immediately to the hotel reception.
In the event of a problem, the guest will be held liable. In the event of damage, the hotel reserves the right to charge the guest for the cost of repair or replacement. The same applies to any damage discovered after the guest’s departure; the amount of compensation will be charged to the guest’s card.
In the event of deliberate or accidental damage to equipment, items or furniture belonging to the hotel, the hotel may demand full reimbursement, together with a penalty and damages of between €1,000 and €2,000.
In the event of flooding or water damage, whether intentional or accidental, the hotel may demand full reimbursement for the damage caused. In the event of damage to other rooms, reimbursement for the other guests’ accommodation will be required.
The hotel may charge a cleaning fee if the room is left in a condition deemed unsuitable. In the event of damage to the carpet, bedding or bed base, the hotel will demand reimbursement for the damage, with a minimum charge of €1,000 to cover restoration costs and the loss of revenue from being unable to re-let the rooms.
Generally speaking, the guest must pay the hotel directly for any damage caused. They may claim on their insurance (if they wish to be reimbursed) for any damage, whether intentional or accidental, caused during their stay.
All our rooms are non-smoking. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest the equivalent of one night’s stay for additional cleaning costs if they smoke in their room. If the guest wishes to continue smoking inside or outside the designated areas, they will be asked to leave the hotel.
In the event of failure to comply with the hotel’s house rules, the guest will be asked to leave the hotel without being entitled to any refund. The hotel reserves the right to charge for any consumption not declared on departure, as well as for any damage to the room. This amount will be charged to the credit card details provided at the time of booking. The hotel is under no obligation to notify the guest but may provide an invoice upon request.
Guests must not nail anything to the walls or move any furniture.
Noise, even during the day, is prohibited. Any guest causing a disturbance or a scene of any kind will be asked to leave the hotel immediately and without a refund. In the interests of maintaining peace and quiet on the premises, all noise must cease between 10.00 pm and 8.00 am. Out of respect for other guests and to ensure their rest, please ensure you do not slam doors or make excessive noise, particularly between 10.00 pm and 8.00 am. Any noise from neighbouring rooms caused by the behaviour of a person or animal under the guest’s responsibility may lead the hotel manager to ask the guest to leave the premises without the need for acoustic measurements, provided that the noise is such as to disturb the peace and quiet of other guests (Articles R.1334-30 and R; 1334-31 of the Public Health Code). Any inappropriate disturbance will be reported to the police where necessary.
A hotel room is a place of rest. Any commercial activity is strictly prohibited.

For safety reasons and out of respect for others, smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel. In accordance with Decree No. 2006-1386 of 15 November 2006 laying down the conditions for the application of the smoking ban in places intended for public use, smoking in the hotel will result in an additional charge of €90 or legal proceedings. It is also strictly forbidden to dismantle fire detection devices, for the same reasons stated above.
Any false triggering of the fire alarm due to non-compliance with this provision will incur a charge of €150 to cover the cost of restoring the fire safety system to working order.
Similarly, it is forbidden to cook in the rooms, to eat meals there, to bring in drinks not supplied by the hotel, or to do your laundry there.
